SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Orders with a value of less than R750 will have a courier charge of R90.  Orders over the value of R750 will be shipped free.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will be processed within 2 working days.  Courier-timeframe depends on the logistics and your delivery location.  If you need your order urgently, please call us after placing your order (during office hours), as we will do everything in our power to assist.

REFUNDS

If you did not receive what you ordered, please email us a.s.a.p. and we will make arrangements to get the unused products from you.  After inspection, we will send your replacement products to you free of charge.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Under no circumstances will Gift Vouchers purchased online or in-store be redeemed for cash or refunded. All gift vouchers have an expiration period of 12 months after purchase.
